I’m Ruth Ames, a third-generation psychic medium. The gift of sight runs in my bloodline, passed down from my grandmother on my father’s side and from my father himself—both extraordinary souls with intuitive abilities of their own.

 

My journey began at 17, during a profound mediumistic experience. Although the facilitators spoke Portuguese—a language I did not understand—their messages reached me with perfect clarity, as if spoken directly to my spirit. From that moment, my path has been shaped by vivid dreams, guided visions, and deep meditative states—many of which later unfolded in the physical world.

 

These experiences led me to explore sacred geometry, numerology, distant energetic work, and Reiki, as well as the energetic properties of quartz crystals and their role in spiritual and intuitive practices. Each step strengthened my connection to the unseen and to the subtle intelligence that flows through all living things.

 

I am certified in NLP, neuroscience-informed approaches, somatic and holistic practices, and intuitive spiritual life coaching through the Dharma Institute. This integrated training allows me to help clients recognize mental patterns, process stored emotions held in the body, and experience personal transformation with clarity and grace.
